To our wonderful Mothers and Grandmothers (and all the great women in our lives), we will be keeping you in our hearts this day in particular, and every other day for always! It is because of you, the way you have lived your lives, the inspiration you have bestowed on us, and the insatiable need to travel, to see the world, and to learn from everyone you meet that we are where we are today (the Gila Wilderness in New Mexico to be exact), and for that we want to say “Thank You, and we love you!”
Someday, the light will shine like a sun through my skin & they will say, ‘What have you done with your life?’
And though there are many moments I think I will remember, in the end, I will be proud to say, I was one of us.
